Help & Support
General Information:
If you have problem that you have tried to solve but were unsuccessful, feel free to open a support ticket by sending an email to support@tablefor7media.com.
For the fastest service, please also include a temporary admin username and password for your Wordpress dashboard. We might be able to help without logging into your account, but the majority of issues require that we log in – so we can usually save a bunch of time and fix your issue sooner if you provide that information up front.
Also, if we find that the issue is NOT with the Search ‘N Save database but rather with your personal site, we can still offer you assistance, but will have to bill you for that time. However, we will most definitely get your approval before proceeding with any billed work.

Coupon Database FAQ’s
How do I sign up for the Search ‘N Save Coupon Database?
If you would like to purchase either the customizable iFrame or Plugin versions of the database, you can sign up here. If you would like to use the free version of the database, you can find installation instructions here.
Where can I find more information about the Coupon Database?
There is lots of helpful information about the Coupon Database on the Search ‘N Save sales page, and you can also watch a video to see how the Coupon Database works.
What is the difference between the iFrame and Plugin Coupon Databases?
The main difference is that any website can use the iFrame, but only WordPress sites can use the Plugin version. You can read about the differences between the iFrame and Plugin Coupon Databases here.
I don’t use WordPress; can I still use this Coupon Database?
Yes, you can use either the free or customizable iframe on your non-Wordpress sites.
I just signed up for the database… now what?
Within the next 24 hours, you should receive an email with all the instructions you’ll need to install and use your new Coupon Database.
How do I find my Table for 7 Media username?
In order to get your database activated and set up on your website, we need to know your Table for 7 Media username (the one you should have received when you signed up for the database).
If you only paid via PayPal, but never actually signed up via the Table For 7 Media site, you can sign up here. If you have already signed up, then check your email for a confirmation of your username (it could be in your SPAM folder).
Once you have that username, please send it (along with your website URL) to support@tablefor7media.com.
Do I need to purchase anything else to go with my Coupon Database?
You are not required to purchase anything extra to allow the Search ‘N Save Coupon Database to work on your site. However, you may want to check out the Mortiz Fine Design Printable List and Database Connector Plugins that makes coupon match-ups even easier and allow your readers to print a shopping list right from your site.
Do you offer discounts for multiple subscriptions?
Yes, there is a discount on additional subscriptions as long as you are the owner of each site(rather than just a contributor). We’ll just need the Paypal information for that subscription and verification that you own each domain.
Please contact support@tablefor7media.com to get a special PayPal link for your multiple subscriptions.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Of course we would love for you to continue using the Search ‘N Save Coupon Database plugin, but if you want to cancel, you’ll have to log into your PayPal account and cancel your automatic payment. Once we get confirmation from PayPal that your payments have been canceled, we will contact you to let you know that we’ve deactivated your account.
Please note that we can’t refund partial month payments.
Does the database plugin support the use of the coupon data in mobile applications?
There is no mobile app at this point, but you may access the Coupon Database on your site from mobile devices.
The database plugin is hosted completely on each subscriber’s site, so there’s no limitation to usage of that database, although the formatting/user experience isn’t yet optimized for mobile usage. It is on our development list, though, and we hope to have that available soon!
How do I install the Coupon Database?
Once you purchase the customizable iFrame or the Plugin versions and then submit the required information, you will get an email within 24 hours that contains all the information you need to set up and install your coupon database. It’s pretty simple and straight forward, but if you would like someone to install it for you, please see the instructions below.
Can someone install the Coupon Database for me?
As long as your site is a WordPress site, we can install your database at no cost to you!
All you have to do is set up an administrator account via your WordPress dashboard and then email support@tablefor7media.com with the admin username and password, along with the URL for your WordPress dashboard.
If you do not use WordPress, we can provide you with all the instructions to setup the iframe yourself but are unable to offer full assistance at this time.
Will I receive instructions on how to set up the Coupon Database?
Yes! Once you subscribe, set up an automatic payment via PayPal, and email us the required information, you should receive an email with all the instructions you’ll need to install and use your new Coupon Database (usually within 24 hours).
How do I sign up for automatic updates?
If you would like to have us take care of all the Coupon Database updates for you, simply fill out this form. Then, every time there is a new update, we will take care of it within the next week.
Please note, the automatic updates are only available for WordPress blogs.
What will the iFrame look like once it’s installed on my site?
Both the free and customizable iFrame will look exactly like this, embedded within the frame of your existing site. You will be able to change the height and the width of the database to fit your own website, and those who purchase the customizable iFrame will also be able to enter their affiliate links.
How do I customize the colors of my Coupon Database?
Color customization is only available with the plugin version of the database. If you have the plugin version, simply click on “Options” under “Coupon Client” in your WordPress dashboard.
Please note that many of the colors of your database are a result of your site’s pre-programmed colors. So for example, you can not change the color of your printable coupon links, because they are simply the color of ALL the other links on your site. So in order to change this, you’d have to change it for all the links on your site.
How to I change the height and width of my iFrame?
To change the height and width, simply insert the following code into your iframe HTML: width=”900″ height=”1200″
Your code should now look something like this: <iframe src=”http://tablefor7media.com/search-n-save-subscription/?u=EJGqNP” width=”900″ height=”1200″ frameborder=”0″></iframe>
You can adjust the first number to increase or decrease the the width of the database and adjust the second number to increase or decrease the height of the database.
If you would like more more customizable options, you can always upgrade to the Plugin versions of the coupon database — provided you are a WordPress site.
Why can’t I customize the free version of the Coupon Database?
Since the free iframe is completely free, we do not allow any customizations. However, you can easily upgrade to the customizable iFrame or the Plugin versions if you would like more options.
How do I enter my affiliate links?
Here are the instructions for entering affiliate links with the plugin. Here are the instructions if you have the iFrame. If you have the free iFrame, you cannot enter affiliate links.
How do I use Click-to-Copy?
Simply click anywhere on the blogging format of the coupon you’d like to copy. The HTML for that coupon will automatically be copied to your clipboard, and the you can then paste it into your post using either ctrl+v or right click ->paste.
To copy all of the coupons in a particular search, click “Copy All” at the top of the search results.
If you prefer to copy the coupons in visual mode, click “Hide” to turn off the click-to-copy for your entire visit. Then you can highlight the coupons you’d like to copy and paste them into your post.
My Click-to-Copy isn’t working.
Most likely, the only thing you have to do to is disable the Admin Bar (or site stripe) on your WordPress Dashboard.
To do that, simply click on “Users” on the lower left hand side of your dashboard. Then click on “Your Profile”. Near the top, you will see an option to “Show Admin Bar” with 2 check boxes next to it. You can check the top box “when viewing site” but then uncheck the bottom box ”in dashboard”.
Why are there random coupon links showing up under my database?
This problem is most likely because your “Coupon Page Path” is not set up correctly. You can find this by clicking on “Coupon Client” -> “Options” -> and then it should be about the 5th item listed on that page. Make sure the Coupon Page Path is exactly the same text as the page path of your live Coupon Database page.
To figure out what your page path is, simply go to your live website and find your coupon database page. Look at the URL and then copy and paste any data that comes after your regular domain.
For example, http://dealseekingmom.com/coupon-database/ is different than http://dealseekingmom.com/coupons/coupon-database2/
Be sure to include the forward slashes before and after the path.
Once you are sure your Coupon Page Path is correct, go back to your database and “refresh” the page. If the problem is not fixed please email support@tablefor7media.com with your login information and we can take a look.
Why isn’t my database showing up?
The first thing you should do is to simply “refresh” your coupon database page – just in case there is something crazy going on. If that doesn’t work, log into your dashboard and try manually syncing your coupon database by clicking on “Coupon Client” on the bottom left side of your dashboard, then on “Overview”, and then “Snyc Now”.

My coupon database just started malfunctioning, what should I do?
Since every website is different, we don’t have a quick fix that will work 100% of the time, but the first thing you should try is to log into your dashboard and try manually syncing your coupon database by clicking on “Coupon Client” on the bottom left side of your dashboard, then on “Overview”, and then “Snyc Now”.
If that doesn’t work, then think back over the past few days and try to remember if you installed any new plugins or made any other changes to your site. Those changes could have affected your coupon database so we recommend that you go back and “deactivate” any new plugins and then refresh your Coupon Database page to see if it is working again.
We know there have been several issues specifically with the Google Analytic plugins and the AYP Javascript In Posts plugin. If you have any of those plugins installed, try deactivating them and then refreshing your database.
If none of these suggestions solve your problem, then email support@tablefor7media.com with your admin username and password and we can take a look.
I found a coupon that was not in the Search ‘N Save database. What should I do?
You can submit coupons through the Submit a Coupon page on your site (plugin version only) or email them to support@tablefor7media.com
There is a problem with one or more of the coupons in the Search ‘N Save database. What should I do?
If you find a problem with any of the coupons in the database, you can simply click the small “bubble” icon on the very left-hand side of the coupon row. It will open a little pop-up window that you can use to let us know why the coupon is no longer valid.
Can you enter my personal affiliate links / coupon codes for me?
Currently, this is not a service we offer — however, it is very simple for you to do yourself!
All you have to do is follow the instructions below (depending on if you have the iFrame or the Plugin) and then enter your affiliate links in the corresponding blanks.
How do I enter my personal affiliate links with the plugin?
To enter your personal links, click on “Custom Sources” under “Coupon Client” on your wordpress dashboard. You will see several blank spaces for you to enter any affiliate links you have.
Simply enter your own links in the blanks next to the corresponding URL. For example; if you have an affiliate link for coupons.com, you would enter that link next to the original coupons.com link.
If you leave a line blank, your readers will still be able to see and access those coupons; you just won’t earn any commission on them.
How to I enter my personal affiliate links / coupon codes with the iFrame?
If you have an iFrame subscription, you will change your personal links directly from your Table For 7 Media dashboard using the username and password you received after you created your account.
Can I enter affiliate links with the FREE iFrame?
Nope, sorry. If you would like to have the ability to monetize your coupon database, you can upgrade to the customizable iFrame or the Plugin versions of the database.
How can I sign up for specific coupon affiliate programs?
There are hundreds of different coupon affiliate programs you can sign up for and all of them have different requirements, so it is literally impossible for us to give you all that information!
See below for a list of the most popular affiliate companies.
What if I don’t have any affiliate links?
Don’t worry — even if you don’t have any affiliate links yet, your readers will still be able to access all of the coupons in the Search ‘N Save Coupon Database; you just won’t earn any income from it. However, you can always enter affiliate links at any time.
Sign up to become an affiliate for the following programs to fully customize your links. It is highly recommended that you sign up for all available affiliate programs as they often have differing payouts and/or exclusive promotions.
